Ms. Becker is an associate attorney at DTB Associates. She works on the firm’s wide array of legal matters, including counseling and litigation for agricultural interest groups. Ms. Becker has assisted in drafting legislation on behalf of National Milk Producers Federation, as well as provided legal advice on the operation of National Milk’s nonprofit programs to benefit dairy farmers. Additionally, she supports other attorneys in providing legal and legislative advice to the City of St. Paul Island, a small fishing community in Alaska. Ms. Becker has participated in negotiating loan agreements between the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and an American dry-milk processing start-up company in Afghanistan.
